Step 1

Check‑in

We go over what you want, look at the coat and skin, and note anything your dog is nervous about.

Step 2

Bath

Warm water and a slow massage with all‑natural shampoo and conditioner, then we clean the ears and cut the nails.

Step 3

Dry and brush‑out

We fluff dry and brush through to the skin. Thick coats get a full deshed here if you asked for one.

Step 4

The cut and the bow

We scissor or clip to the length you asked for, tidy the face, and send your dog home with a bow or bandana.

Homemade cookies at the counter

We sell homemade dog cookies, and the case up front has cupcakes, birthday bones and a few freeze‑dried snacks. The shampoo, detangler and ear cleaner we use on the table are on the shelf too.

If it's your dog's birthday month, tell us at check‑in and a treat is on us.
